As project manager at Gensler, Belinda was responsible for leading the Gensler team and managing the entire project process from programming to closeout and art installation, including developing, and monitoring the project schedule and budget, assembling the consultant team and negotiating their contracts, qualifying the construction candidates, reviewing and finalizing construction bids, maintaining team communication.
