Row Partners is providing design and construction management services in expanding a double garage to create an artist’s studio with a darkroom, bathroom, utility storage spaces, wood shed, garden shed and a single garage. Utilizing frost proof concrete slab construction, the space will be heated with radiant floor heating and daylight will come from solar tubes in the roof to maximize the wall space. We have sourced local subcontractors, developed scopes of work and division of responsibilities, negotiated contracts, and coordinated on-site activities. Completion – Winter 22/23.
